STAGE 1
Designing A Fire Alarm System

The design phase always starts with a full site survey. Your premises are unique to you, so the site survey helps us to identify anything which could affect system design. The results of the site survey give us the data we need to design a system which is completely in sync with your building layout and usage. And, it goes without saying that everything we design is in line with current British Standards, complying with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Before we start work on design, we always discuss budget, timescales and any other considerations which might affect the installation process.

STAGE 2
Supplying A Fire Alarm System

Our design phase is comprehensive and takes all your needs into account. So, it should come as no surprise that we take the supply stage just as seriously.  Our partnerships with a range of specialist suppliers give us the edge when it comes to providing you with the best possible fire detection system for your building.

STAGE 3
Installing A Fire Alarm System

The installation of your fire detection system is handled from start to finish by the Silver Group team. We ensure that our installations adhere to a range of safety standards – remember, we are third party accredited which means our work is subject to inspection by independent accrediting organisations.  Once installation is complete, we also offer full staff training of your new system.

STAGE 4
Commissioning A Fire Detection System

One of the most important phases is the testing phase, also known as commissioning. In accordance with the relevant British Standard (BS5839), we test every element individually and then the whole system to ensure it complies with the original design specification. When this is complete, we sign off your fire alarm system and issue a certificate.

STAGE 5
Maintenance

A carefully-planned maintenance schedule will ensure your new fire detection system is looked after throughout its life. We have a range of maintenance packages available once your new system is up and running.
